Scope & terms, in plain English

What you pay, how long it runs, what you get, what you keep, and what we need from you. Your agreement is the final word; this page is how it reads without the legal wording.

What you pay

• Every package is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee. The live numbers are in the pricing section.
• On Essentials and Established you can pay setup up front or split it across your first 6 months. You pick before you sign.
• Ad spend is separate. On packages with Local Services Ads or Google Ads, you pay Google directly for the ads themselves, on top of the monthly fee.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and website builds are add-ons, quoted on their own. They are not inside any package.

How long it runs

• Packages run 6 months, billed every 30 days from the day the agreement is sent.
• Why six: local search, the slowest part, rarely moves before month three. A shorter term would end right as it starts paying.
• It ends two weeks after the last period and does not renew on its own. Staying on is your choice, on a new agreement.
• One-off projects and custom work are not tied to six months.

What you keep

• Your Google Business Profile and every review on it.
• Your Google and Meta ad accounts.
• Your leads and customers. They come straight to you.
• Assets built in your own accounts, like your CRM and your website, belong to you. Our own tools and processes stay ours.

What we need from you

Most of the work is ours. These parts only you can give us, and your dashboard lists exactly which ones your package needs:

• Access to the accounts you own: your Google Business Profile, your website and hosting, your domain.
• Photos of your work, crew and trucks, and your logo.
• Your services, the towns you serve, and where new leads should go (phone and email).
• A yes on anything your customers will see before it goes live.

How long each piece takes

Each piece of work gets its own build window. The clock starts the day it is opened on your delivery board, after you sign and pay, and the date it is due shows right there next to it. Monthly work then runs on a 30-day cycle.

A piece waiting on something from you (an access, a photo, a yes) waits on that, and your board shows what it is waiting for. Local search keeps improving for months after its setup is done.

What we do not promise

No honest marketer can guarantee rankings, lead counts or revenue, and we don't. What we do promise is the process: every piece you bought shows on your delivery board, finished work has a date and a name on it, and monthly work runs on a clock you can see.
