Keenversion is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for everyone.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we do
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure for screen readers.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus where applicable.
- Color choices intended to maintain readable contrast.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Our decorative custom cursor is disabled on touch devices and respects the operating system's "reduced motion" setting.
Known limitations
Some content or third-party components (for example embedded scheduling or maps) may not yet fully meet our target. We are actively addressing these and welcome reports of any barrier you encounter.

What to include in a report
The more we know, the faster we can find and fix the problem. If you can, tell us:
- The page address (URL) where you ran into trouble.
- What you were trying to do, such as booking a call, reading pricing, or signing in.
- What happened instead, in your own words.
- The device and browser you used, and any assistive technology, such as a screen reader, magnifier, or voice control.
You don't need any of this to reach us. A one-line email is fine, and we'll ask for what we need.

If a page or form isn't working for you, you don't have to use it. Email us and we can book your diagnostic call, answer questions about our services, or send information in another format by hand.
