California Privacy Rights
Your Privacy Choices
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. "Sharing" specifically includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising — for example, advertising cookies or pixels that build a profile of you across sites.
Do not sell or share my personal information
Turning this on stops non-essential advertising and analytics tags from loading on this device/browser.
How this opt-out works
- Your choice is saved on this browser. Because it's stored locally, you'll need to repeat it on other browsers and devices, or if you clear your cookies.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. If your browser or a privacy extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out without any further action from you.
- Opting out does not delete your account or stop essential, service-related communications. It limits sale/sharing for targeted advertising.
What we do — and don't — do with your data
Keenversion does not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" limited information with advertising and analytics partners (such as Google or Meta) to measure and improve marketing, which can qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA. This control lets you opt out of that. For full detail on the categories of information we collect and disclose, see our Privacy Policy.
Other ways to exercise your rights
You may also request to know, correct, or delete your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To submit a privacy request — or to have an authorized agent act on your behalf — email support@keenversion.com. We will verify your request as required by law.
